Polish Treatment for Aluminium Profile

    The aluminum extrusion profile used in general engineering applications and aluminium construction profiles can typically enter the anodization production line directly after extrusion. The anodization film obtained exhibits good protective performance in many engineering applications, and the surface basically meets the uniform appearance requirements.
     If the aluminium profiles are directly subjected to anodization treatment after mechanical polishing, only a smooth anodization film can be obtained, and a highly reflective film layer cannot be achieved. Chemical polishing as a advanced decorative treatment methods can remove slight  scratches and wiping lines on the surface of aluminium products, enhancing the decorative effect of aluminium profile.
